If You Can Believe It, You Can Achieve It!

Tae Kwon Do was introduced to the United States in the 1950s and has been practiced in Korea since 66 AD. TKD is a high energy martial art emphasizing on kicks, punches and even pressure points and joint locks.

Master Hank began his own training in the mid-1980s after watching the original 1984 “Karate Kid” movie. He strongly identified with the Daniel LaRusso character and loved the idea of learning martial arts “for defense only”.

Minitrez M.A. focuses almost entirely on the self-defense aspect of TKD rather than spending a great deal of time training for tournaments. Tournaments have rules, real attackers don’t.
